Education: Master’s degree in Business (Paris), Postgraduate studies in HR at UCLA (Los Angeles) and in Organisational Development at Macquarie University (Sydney).
After his first experience in a consulting group (Accenture), Olivier has held different roles as CFO and Managing Director for international groups operating in the food processing industry, bank and IT sectors.
In 1999 he decided to set up his own consulting company to assist top managers on restructuring projects, new activity launches and overseas projects.
Education: French engineering school (X-Mines) and a Master’s degree in Science from MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology)
Charles is a Civil Engineer based in Melbourne. During his career he has worked in technical and business development roles. He also worked on projects in Europe, Africa, Asia, Latin America and Australia in different sectors such as water, transport infrastructure, environment and mining and building.
Charles is also leading the mining committee for the French Australian Chamber of Commerce in Melbourne and is an active committee member of WIMnet and AusiMM, two of the key mining associations in Australia.
